Darbi College welcomes all parents and students looking for a “gold standard” in secondary education to an online Open Doors event on 17 February 2024, Saturday, at 12.00 h in Zoom.


All registered guests will receive an invite link via e-mail.

Darbi College is the first Cambridge International School in Bulgaria authorised by Cambridge International Education on 26 October 2007 as registered centre BG004.

Who is Darbi College authorised by?

Darbi College is the first school in Bulgaria authorised by Cambridge International Education in 2007.

How is Darbi College different from the other schools?

In order to teach a child, you have to love them. This is what makes a good teacher. For the past 10 years we have built a home our students can always return to. We have offered them a high-quality new education product for the Bulgarian market – the IGCSE and A Level programmes, acknowledged as ‘golden standard’ for admission to a prestigious university.

Where is Darbi College located?

The College is located in the centre of Sofia and is easily accessible via public transport (subway, tram, trolleybus and bus).

Where are the A Level certificates recognised?

The certificates are internationally recognised. They can also be used for application to Bulgarian universities following a procedure of legalisation and recognition by the Ministry of Education.

What is the organisation of the school programme?

The tuition is full-day and includes academic classes, extra-curricular activities and preparation for university admission.

What are the assessment criteria?

Darbi College is the only school in Bulgaria working with 100% international external assessment. The certificates are issued by Cambridge International Examinations Board.
